Presiding Deity : Shri Mahalasa Narayani, and Other Deities : Shri Maha Laxmi, Shri Veera Vittala, Shri Krishna, Rukhmini, Satyabhama and Shri Ganapati.

Important Festivals : Navratri Festival from Ashwija Shukla Padyam to Vijaya Dashami (10 days - September or October), Ekaha Bhajana festival (continous Bhajans for full day) on Ashwija Bahula Ekadashi (October or November - 15 days after Navaratri festival).

Nearby Interesting Places : There are 18 Hindu temples and 18 Jain Temples in Moodbidri. Thousand Pillars Jain Temple is famous.

History : About 150 years back there was "Darshan Seva" in the temple which was very famous. The King of Moodbidri, pleased with the Darshan Seva had gifted some land to the temple.
